Two things to be aware of: it comes in a lot of pieces, construction of the set takes a lot of time. It can easily be done by one person but it's time consuming. Also, we chose to put a special teak protecting stain on it which I definitely recommend so it doesn't stain with greasy food and it really enhances the wood.

It is made of high quality certified teak wood exclusively grown in Indonesia.Teak is natural, living material that is renowned for its rich golden-brown color, but also for its classic ageing appearance after exposure to the elements of weather and time. It is also well known for its ability to withstand prolonged weathering and heavy impacts in the outdoor living environment. Main properties of teak include its sustainability, natural durability, classic finish, and rich earthy tones.

- Table: 30 inches high x 47 inches wide x 87 inches deep (Extended Depth: 118 inches).
- Armchair: 31 inches high x 20 inches wide x 22 inches deep.
- Armchair Seating Dimensions: 16 inches high x 18 inches wide x 16 inches deep.
- Table has a 2-inch umbrella hole.
- Stacking chairs for easy storage.
- FREE Amazonia Maintenance Kit (retails for 39.99) included with this set. Apply the first coat of sealer after assembly and thereafter re apply up to four times a year or as needed. This process will help maintain color and prolong durability.
- Amazonia Maintenance Kit includes: A wood cleaner, Brush, Gloves, Sponge, Emery Paper, Paint Brush, Cotton Cloth, and wood Sealer Oil.
- Storage During Winter: When storing this product, do not put in rooms that are centrally heated, as this will cause the wood to dry out ft and possibly shrink and crack. Cool, well-ventilated sheds are the most suitable location.

The teak table and chairs were a great deal! The quality is excellent for this price which is amazing. The size was as stated in measurements so it fit perfectly in the spot where we needed it. Always get compliments on this set definitely reccomend.
