Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund.
The chairs are as advertised they are very comfortable and highly functional pieces of outdoor furniture that I used to replace my aging outdoor patio furniture. Love the sun shades, head rest, and various sitting/reclining positions, and the tray eliminated the need to purchase side tables. We love them nd will take them with us when Jazz in the Park returns!

The chairs are very nice looking and comfortable but they would be way too heavy for me to take to the beach still trying to figure out which way to turn the knobs to lock it in the place. FedEx delivery person gets a below-grade leaving this heavy box for me to manage as I stated I am 72 years old which left me with several days of physical pain. I did notify the delivery company they did respond with an apology. Hopefully their service will improve. Sincerely
