Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund.

The box felt a little light, but when we took the chair out of the box, it felt heavy and sturdy enough (but light enough to carry to functions). Yes, we recommend it!

This is a very lightweight, easy to fold quality chair. The padded headrest is adjustable and makes it extremely Co fit and easy to nap it! Jennifer

Well lets see The circle lever came broken. I ordered two matching chairs then the company provides no return label and you got to pay for return. So basically its like new prices at garage sale quality. It is no easy hassle return like overstock offered. Now i got to go to bank and protest because overstock blamed market place and did NOT help me. I wanted to return both chairs since not a matching set. These are GARBAGE! Isn't illegal dumping against the law? Well cause that was what happened that 18 pd lawn chair was $ dollars and $ dollars for ups to pick up and return your gonna pay double for JUNK.
