I love this table. I have it in my Kitchen. Even though the wood is faux its a great piece and I have had plenty of compliments on it. The top shelf is approx 34 inches.

Table is beautiful but the assembly was confusing at first with parts not being clearly marked. I put it together incorrectly initially but once I figured it out, it was a breeze.
