I can't believe this item doesn't have more reviews. Wood quality is the main thing I look for in any piece of wood furniture, and this thing kills it in every aspect. There is physical texture that doesn't look like someone textured "on purpose" (looks natural). The color is gorgeous and deep, without being so dark that it looks "flat" -- there is still plenty of color expression and depth you can see. Wood is heavy and real. Some have complained about the holes not lining up correctly, and we did have 1 out of the 6 feel loose -- but at the end of the day, that's fixable. Having "ok"-looking wood is not. And it still feels pretty solid anyway. It does have a teeny bit of sway due to the ribbon design, but nothing too intense. We use it to put our feet on it while we sit on the couch and we don't notice it wobbling under that condition. Get it and search no more! Modesto all the way! It's been several weeks with it and it still catches my eye when I come home and I think, "dang, that looks *good*."

The tables in this line are made from reclaimed wood. We purchased the coffee table, 2 different end tables, and the console/tv stand. They were fairly easy to assemble. Be aware that the wood is heavy and very rustic, with lots of dips, waves, cracks, etc. The table tops are not entirely even. That being said, once they're assembled and you've put your personal items on them, they are quite lovely. I just wish they'd been more "planed" or finished on top.

Absolutely love this. Was very worried about the darkness of the finish. One image shows a nice dark finish and another shows something lighter. I was crossing my fingers that it was a very rich, dark finish. And I was in awe when I opened the box. An incredible color and the tetxure of the wood is amazing.

Love, love, love this coffee table. Well made and looks great. It’s a good Quality real wood coffee table for the price. I love the metal and wood combination. It’s a substantial piece of furniture that looks very industrial. That I think looks like I spent more then I did. I am very happy with this coffee table and will be buying the matching end table.

I had no dough's about this product as I have perched Carbon Loft products in the past. This coffee table was exactly what I needed for my living-room, the size is great and the quality is excellent, again impressed with Carbon Loft products. Karen

Received the Modesto rustic coffee table on 11/16/2016. It needed assembling, however, it required minimal effort; suggest using an electric screw driver. The reclaimed wood with the 2 heavy metal bands was simplistic in appearance yet had a strong presence and fit well with our dark leather couches. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with this purchase and loved getting it at a very reasonable price.

This coffee table is exactly what I was looking for. It’s super easy to put together, sturdy, and beautiful. There are a lot of visible natural wood details which I love. I actually just ordered the matching end table. Very pleased with the quality and appearance!

We purchased this coffee table with the matching 3 shelf end table. Both look great together. Very weighty piece but assembly is easy with 2 people. As with the end table, the wood in this piece has flaws and the planks vary in height but somehow these imperfections give character to the piece. Delivery was very fast. We are very pleased with this purchase

This is an amazing piece. I purchased the media console, side table, round side table and bench that gon with this set and I couldn’t be happier. It looks like a piece from a much more expensive furniture store. I was easily to assemble this (and the other pieces in the set). This is solid wood and beautifully crafted. The assembly kit comes with everything you need, including a hex wrench. I highly recommend this piece and all of the other pieces of this set. You will not regret the purchase!

I'd highly recommend this piece. It's authentically rustic but with a cool industrial kind of aesthetic with the metal "bands." The wood is really beautiful, and the whole piece is of high quality--very heavy. (With the minimal assembly required, it was helpful to have two people although I could have done it alone.)

very nice - looks exactly like the picture, Very heavy - top of the table is very solid and a rather thick piece of wood - more so than the picture would indicate.

This coffee table matched my rustic décor perfectly! It's absolutely beautiful. Fast shipping as well. I did run into a little bit of an issue because the corner of the table was slightly damaged - however Overstock is sending out a replacement for that part. It has been my first experience ordering and having to return something from Overstock and so far it has been completely hassle-free. Cannot wait to continue furnishing my home with the help of this website!

This is a nice sturdy table for a family room. The wood is reclaimed from various sources and does have some knots in it, so probably not the best surface for my kids to sit and do coloring on or for placing food bowls on, but otherwise it's perfect.

This coffee table looks nice, but it is not very stable. I think it's a design flaw with the way the metal brackets frame the wood on the top and bottom of the table. If you looking to fill a high-traffic area with heavy use (like a family room), I would not buy this piece.

Love love love this! It is genuine reclaimed wood. It looks amazing and exceeded my expectations. Their is character to the wood and flaws that make it unique and beautiful. It is a little wobbly but that is the structure of the table.
