I ordered 4 of the chaise lounges and when they came you could hear the screws and other parts loose in the box. I put the first one together but lacked a couple of the washers. The 2nd one, one of the leg holes didn't match up with the body of the chair. I finally got 3 chairs together out of the four I bought. The screws, washers etc need to be packaged better the bag just split and the parts were all over in the box. I called Overstock for a replacement and they were out of stock but they gave me a refund on the one lounge chairs. Good customer service.

Chairs look nice but are not easy to assemble; they require at least two people and you better have a couple hours set aside to complete them. My biggest complaint is whenever I move the chairs they drop out orange rust from inside all over my concrete patio and stains it. I will now need to spend more of my time scrubbing the stains off my deck. Not pleased and do not recommend this product.

I am in the design business and use Overstock more than any other single supplier so it was a surprise to receive these recliners and found that the color beige is more of a pastel pink or as described by my associate as peach color. For the most part Overstock is spot on with their color description and I do not have to return.
