This is a beautiful sofa which is also very comfortable. The seat cushions are firm and the back cushions are softer. There is a Velcro strip along the front bottom of the seat cushions which attaches to another Velcro strip on the couch bottom to keep them from sliding loose...very smart design. The pieces come in several boxes, but putting this together is a breeze. Pieces have a nice tight fit and beautiful finish! NOTE: The Back Pillows are shipped inside the seat base. The lining is velcroed and you just open it up and the pillows are inside.

this time has to be assembled the two side panels have to be attached to the seating unit. they DO NOT line up nicely to the unit and there is a gap between the side and the unit. It is very obvious when you look at it. In addition if you are going to order this sofa it says it comes in 3 boxes, but our 3 boxes did not include the pillows for the back. it also comes UPS and we waited an entire day for it to show up because there was no time slot included on the website. it did come within a matter of a few days from the time we ordered it but now we will have to stay home another entire day waiting for the pillows

We got the sofa and all 4 feet were broken we were able to get new ones but it took over a week, the sofa we love it's on the stiffer side but I don't mind that way they won't get worn in as fast

This sofa met all my expectations. I was skeptical about ordering a sofa on line but after reading the reviews prior to ordering I felt confident. Mine came in 3 boxes. It was easy to put together but does require 2 people. Thank goodness I read about the cushions for the back being packed underneath the seats of the sofa. So do note that.

I have NEVER purchased a brand new couch. And, I am so glad I bought this one, and the matching loveseat. It came very fast, was easy to put together (less than 20 minutes each piece), and even though there was a fabric flaw on the arm (which was very adequately and immediately compensated for), I am thrilled with this purchase. No issues at all. I will update my posting when I have had it for a while. The rug, loveseat and tables were purchased at Overstock . . . I love this place!

Sofa came extremely damaged. The fabric was ripped, the frame was bent in, and one of the legs was crushed. Overstock is sending a new one, but I'm nervous that this one will have issues too. They're blaming UPS for the damage but the sofa wasn't packed well at all. It was literally just placed into the boxes without a single piece of padding. My replacement couch already shipped but I'm wondering if I should've just opted for a refund instead. After looking at the first one we received, this sofa isn't the best quality. The legs aren't even made of wood, they're plastic. Definitely not worth the price I paid, even though its a pretty sofa.

The quality is just not worth the price (I bought two sofas, not loveseat). One foot did not come attached, they simply threw it in the box without a screw or pre-drilled hole. Two of the studs on one of the sofas were not attached and hanging off of the fabric and I could not reattach because there was too much fabric to pierce back into the wood, which then threw the stud pattern off. Thread hangs out of seams in multiple places. Not all of the studs are aligned straight; noticeably off-center. The back rest was not easy to assemble, took us about half an hour just to get the alignment right and tight. The rest of the parts were easy. Altogether they are comfortable and nice looking couches, but for the price, I would look for something else... IF you are particular about these types of defects.

Came in 2 large boxes. Took 30 mins to put together. Very hapoy with the quality of this product.

My family has loved this couch! It is beautiful and comfortable and great quality for the price! The cushion covers zip on so easy to take off and wash if you have young kids!

Pretty couch but very firm!

Purchased this love seat to compliment our dining room and we were very pleased with the quality and durability. Great buy for price as this was much less than similar products at local retailers.

Horrible, do not waste your money. Arrived late, broken and missing seat bench and cushions. Footing was broken into several pieces. Now they want me to pay to ship back? Unacceptable

Sofa is sturdy and looks to be very solid quality. It complements our liv8ng room perfectly. I would highly recommend it but do scotch guard to make sure it does not stain easily.

We ordered 2 of these couches for our living room and both came in damaged. The quality of workmanship was terrible and the nail heads didn't line up at all. (see pictures) The packaging/boxes was torn and the arms were dirty in the replacement set that was sent. The only reason I would give this item even one star is because Overstock's customer service was decent in terms of responsiveness. That said, the process was long when it came to get replacements and it was very frustrating that the replacement set came in damaged as well. The couches are inexpensive, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. If I could go back I would not have ordered these sofas.
