Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: The Seller cannot accept returns for used items. The Seller charges a restocking fee of 10% that will be withheld from the refund.
This chaise lounge is great! I can find nothing wrong with and everything right! It does need a cushion for more comfort. That is all that I can say that I would improve. It was a wonderful buy and I sat on the porch (covered) and read a lot while the weather was good.

Comfortable and fit in well with the rest of my patio furniture. I purchased 2 lounges with arrived in 2 different boxes at the same time. One box was kinda beat up and the other good shape and firmly sealed. Opened the sealed box and the hardware package is missing is missing all of the nuts. I used the hardware from the beat up box and assembled the 1st lounge. Instructions and which screw to use were a bit confusing. So now I have to e-mail that I am missing hardware (should have a 1-800 number to call) and I ask that I only be snet the nuts. Get an e-mail on that the missing nuts are on the way and then come to find out it is going to take a week. I e-mailed asking about express delivery as it was not my fault and was told it was not available. (bummer) I was offered a 15 credit on my bill which I accepted. The hardware arrives and it is an entire bag with a bunch of junk that i do not need (based on the markings on the package i don't think it was the correct bag of stuff) and i assemble the 2nd lounge. Very happy with the 2 lounges now that they are both assembled.
