This is solid wood and beautiful and strong. I love this table and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

I bought this on sale. It looks good. Fairly easy to put together however due to the scissor design there was a slight unevenness of the footing. However it does not seem to wobble. I was able to reduce this by tightening the screws while the table was upright and after applying some pressure on top of the table.
