This chair comes assembled and perfectly stained. Great addition to our yard!

The chairs look exactly as pictured (I bought 3). I added a cushion that I purchased from Lowe’s and it fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Not sure how sturdy they are...seems possibly flimsy (which is why I deducted a star) but time will tell. Update: the first time we sat in one of the chairs it cracked and a piece under the armrest completely splintered. My guess is it was delivered already cracked and the pressure from sitting down aggravated it. We are trying to repair it ourselves with wood glue since it would be too expensive to return. Very disappointed and had to change my rating from 4 stars to 2.

Over the course of 10 years, we have out together A LOT of Adirondack chairs. These were hands-down the EASIEST chairs to put together! My husband was thrilled! We opened the boxes, removed the wrap and inserted the pin - voila! And the chairs are both comfortable and beautiful.
