Great value for the money
We have had this set for over a month now and we are very happy with the purchase. The foot stools can easily double as seats when our porch has extra guests. Assembly directions where good, but first chair took a while to figure out (more my issue of not being real handy). Subsequent chairs were very quick and easy to assemble. I wish I took a picture of the shipping box. I was amazed the entire set fit in one large box! It was like a puzzle with every inch used.

This item was shipped and delivered very quickly and came in one large box. It comes disassembled but they do provide all the tools and directions to put it together. Though I am not the best at assembling, I found this moderately difficult to assemble and at the end, found that the black plastic screw head covers meant to conceal the steel screws - did not seem to fit - it appears the wicker is actually hindering the cap from going on. So the steel screw heads are exposed, which is not a big deal, but my concern is that they will rust in the future if they ever get wet from rain. The furniture itself is very sturdy and seems like it is great quality and will last a long time. The seat cushions are firm and a good two to three inches thick which is nice. I did notice one of my seat cushions had some dirt/rust colored stain on it, but the box was so dirty, it is possible the cushion may have rubbed against the box when I was pulling everything out and caused this stain. It is outdoor furniture so I am not worried about this stain, but for anyone else purchasing, my advice would be to be more careful than I was when removing it from the box to avoid stains. Overall furniture looks great and is exactly as pictured. Very satisfied with this product, especially for the price and timeliness of shipping. My husband and I also purchased the matching conversation set to this set and both boxes came very quickly. In all it took us about five hours to assemble both this set and the conversation set which includes two chairs, a love seat and a coffee table.

The set is very nice. Chairs are sturdy and very good to have the ottomans come with the set. The cushions are comfortable. It is a good set that is not overwhelmingly large so fits nicely on a 12 x 16 patio.

We ordered this set for our patio. It was a little time consuming to put together, but it was worth it. It's very sturdy, which was necessary in our high wind area! The seats are so comfortable. I ordered 2 colorful toss pillows to add a splash of color. It's our favorite place to sit and enjoy or morning coffee!

Picture of chairs is misleading
The color of this set is much darker than it appears to be; the wicker is a very dark grey and the cushions are strong silver grey,not the light value that is shown. Apart from that they are reasonably sturdy and comfortable.

this product actually exceeded my expectations. The set is durable and the cushions are more comfortable than I expected. We needed a set immediatley and this price was good. We thought we would have to replace this set this year but it is still very sturdy and the cushions are still comfortable. I would purchase this set again
