The hot plate food warmer is perfect for serving when we entertain. I prefer a buffet style presentation so people can select what they want and it is also easier for me to entertain this way! Prepare foods in advance reheat and place in food warmer trays. How easy is that! The Nutrichef warmer was very reasonably priced. The quality is fine for my use. If I wanted higher quality, I would have needed to pay twice the price. The quality is good. No assembly is required. The unit can well-packaged and properly protected. No dents, dings, etc. Fast shipping was much appreciated in lieu of the Thanksgiving holiday!
