For the price (also factoring in shipping to Hawaii) this set was a great deal! I've never bought furniture online before, and living in Hawaii, I knew if I ordered anything, it would be a one-way ticket and I'd be stuck with whatever I got. I'm happy to report that this set exceeded my expectations. The seat cushions are very firm, which is my preference.. and I'm hoping they stay that way. Only the back cushions and cylindrical pillow covers are removable. I can't speak of how they'll wear in terms of stain removal and spot cleaning. The fabric is some type of polyester/synthetic material, which is not my favorite, but in this price range, it will do, and I'm guessing that the synthetic material will probably make them more resistant to staining. Also the color is not quite as pictured.. I was expecting more of a warmer tone off-white, but this is more of a cool-tone not quite beige/ecru.. the color name is Oatmeal after all, and it does look like oatmeal, but the photo on my screen read more of a off-white color. Assembly was very easily done by myself in less than an hour for both pieces. They feel pretty sturdy and solid when you sit on them. They're also slightly taller than I'm accustomed to, which is great because I'm 5'9" and my dad's 6', my mom is 5'2" and her legs dangle a little, but she really finds them comfortable as well. The style is simple and clean.. I just wanted something we wouldn't hate in 5 years and this set will do nicely!

This is a super stylish, perfect sofa for our living room. We were impressed with how easy it was to assemble. Love the color and the texture of the fabric. It's definitely textured, almost like a tweed but softer and more sophisticated. Looks great with our mid-century style.

I bought this sofa for my small apartment with a narrow staircase. You definitely need two people to carry 2/3 boxes upstairs. Assembly was easy and took less than 20 minutes. The legs needed to be attached to the base, and the arms and back just needed to slide in together to the base. Then just add the pillows! Color does not match photos, which appear to be cream colored. The product description of oatmeal is more accurate. Delivery was on time and as scheduled. The sofa looks great in my apartment and fits perfectly. I use it as an everyday sofa to watch tv. It is firm and comfortable for sitting and laying down. One person can lay down comfortably, and two can lay down if the back cushions are removed. Overall, I am very pleased with this product!

I was hesitant to purchase a couch online but I am completely satisfied with this purchase. it comes in a large box and you assemble all the pieces. The seat/cushions - the back - the legs - the arms - the feet. The arms did not arrive when all the other pieces did so I called Overstock and they were going to ship them out right away but then 4 hours later another delivery was made and it was the arms. Assembly was easy and the couch looks so beautiful in my living room. It is a firm piece but I like it that way. Very happy customer.

Absolutely love this couch ~ such a unique look! Gives my living room a new look - crisp, fresh and light! The couch was easy to assemble. My screws were miscounted and I was missing a screw to finish off the assembly. It looks great and I'm pleased with it. The seating is VERY firm so if you do not like that ~ this would not be for you. I will assume that it will get better with time.

This couch is perfect for a living room - right amount of comfort and the oatmeal color is great for adding accent pillows/chairs.

Product came earlier then expected but was so easy to assemble. We got both the sofa and the loveseat. It’s so comfortable and minimal just perfect for our style.

Easy to assemble. Took myself 15 minutes to assemble as long as you are tall enough to flip the sofa after you set up the support on the base. Solid make. The seat is very deep that you can crawl in the corner or use it as a daybed. Color and material as described, although cushion is not as soft as expected. But overall a great purchase.

Nice clean lines and photographs well but it is evident that it isn't very well put together and the fabric is cheap. If you sit in an area for around 5 minutes there will be an indentation in that area when you get up and it will stay like that unless you try to flatten it by hand. We barely use it and that is definitely a good thing considering quality. Would consider returning it if it weren't such a pain. It comes in multiple boxes.

I do love the couch, and it easily movable yet seems very sturdy. We did have to assemble the legs and add on the arms. Must move it from the bottom because the side arms will come apart if not, but it looks wonderful and the fabric is nice.

Love this couch in my new studio apartment!! It was so easy to assemble. I did it myself in less than 30 minutes. Love the color and Love the pillows it comes with.

Assembly is super easy, color is true. Overall, worth to the price. However, the fabric is rough and has spot dirt on it, feels cheap. The cushion is firm, so if you prefer a soft puffy touch, it is not the sofa you want. Since the pieces are light weighted, it's not sturdy, it become better when I put the thick carpet underneath.

Look great, but the couches are not stable. The sides and back both slide onto a base, but they do not lock into place. When you move on the couch it causes the back and sides to slide upward, and it makes it feel like you broke the couch. It's embarrassing when guests are over. The bottom cushions are also non-removable, so if spills happen you cannot remove the cover to wash it. They look nice, but wouldn't recommend.

We were quite impressed with this loveseat at such a good price. It arrived in pieces but we had it together in literally five minutes. The design is the best I've seen in assembled furniture. It is reasonably comfortable, and looks as good as in the pictures.

The couch looks great and is comfortable to sit on. But, the fabric wrinkles fairly easily, so the couch always looks like someone has been sitting on it for a long time. I do like the size - I'm 6' tall and can lay out fully on it - perfect for having a friend or guest sleep over. Easy assembly, I felt as though it's good value for the price. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Meh. Maybe I’m just a poor millennial...VERY disappointed with what *** gets you in the sofa & loveseat world. The assembly was quite simple...almost TOO simple. The back and sides of the loveseat just slide into place with some metal slats and that’s really about it. Doesn’t seem very sturdy. Wrinkles easily. Comfortable enough. HATE the light gray color. BUT can’t send back because who has an extra *** and the time to pack it up. Avoid if you can

I’ve been browsing for a couple months to find exactly what I wanted, at the right price, and the right size to fit in my small living room as well as be able to be carried up a couple narrow set of stairs. Once I got the components into my apartment, assembly was really easy and quick. Very sturdy and definitely doesn’t look or feel like an assembled couch. Gave it a little vacuum and it was good to go! The cushions are thick with the right balance of firmness and bounce.

Cheaply made,legs are not study and the seat cushions are NOT removable. The back legs are not attached to much wood in the base and they are buckling inwards after one day. Cloth is cheap and the overall couch belongs in a denstis office. Spend the extra money to get something better.

Got this in today. Looks just like the pictures. Very comfortably firm. 4 stars as the furniture was very very dusty and I had to vacuum it thoroughly. Also the legs look kind of plasticy rather than a nice rich wood and has a strange brown varnish. The couch feels very sturdy though. We’ll see if it holds up to 2 crazy kids.
