Very Beautiful!

I actually purchased these Christopher Knight Home Parrish Outdoor Antique Side Table (Set of 2) for the inside of my home. I searched for green tables exclusively for a certain wall in our home that was small but bare. And, of course, Overstock dot com had exactly what I was looking for. I am currently using them as plant stands for my indoor foliage. I love the antique and filigree look of them. They compliment our style and taste.

The tables are very nice and a great price for a set of two. The one thing I wasn't crazy about about the faux distressed paint look. It made it seem a little cheap, but the Fleur de Lis cut out design of the yellow tables are very unique and worth it!
-
Advertised as outdoor, but isnt
The insert INSIDE the box says: not to be used outdoor!! Also, not to be put directly in the heat! False advertising!!!

Outdoors/Indoors
I am a very eclectic, creative individual, perhaps swaying to a "Bohemian" rhythm. When I spied this unique duo of patio side tables, I was immediately intriqued....So, now, they reside "indoors" next to my cozy loveseat, bringing together a cool grouping of furnishings. I have topped them with a rustic bin of greenery.....'love to behold the scene at all times! Ric B

Quality and appearance as described. Perfect for my covered porch. Have held up nicely over several seasons and are great for holding plants.

Better than average but not fantastic

These are attractive side tables and I'm really fond of the orange color. They're "ok" in terms of quality however. I'm keeping them because they match my other furnishings but not sure I'd buy again.
Questions & Answers
-
Q:
-
A:
Yes, they are water resistant.
-
-
Q:
"Are the tables likely to rust if they get wet?"
-
A:
All these outdoor items are weather resistant, however, we recommend that they be stored or covered during extreme weather conditions to prolong the life.
-
A:
I have had mine outside for about 4 months, under a covered porch in Florida, where it rains a lot and is humid. I have had no problem.
-
-
Q:
"I need help fast!! Does anyone know if these blow over easily if their kept outside on patio? Are they top heavy? Please help! I need to order in next 1-2 days. Thanks so much."
-
A:
I've had them on a patio for almost a year now and they've never moved unless I pick them up.
-
A:
they are light weight but not top heavy. the ad said "iron" but they are not, but they are a lightweight metal.
-
A:
These are very lightweight tables. My guess (depending what is on top of them) is they are fine with normal winds but could blow over with strong winds. Not top heavy, weight evenly distributed, but not hefty by any means.
-
A:
We have them outdoors under pool screening all summer and they have never blown over--they are lightweight metal but seem very sturdy.
-
A:
They weigh about 6 lbs a piece, so unless there is a very brisk wind, I doubt they will blow over. BTW, you will love these!!
-
A:
The tables are not top heavy and don't blow over in the wind. I've had them on my patio all summer and they have never blown over in a storm.
-
A:
They are not top heavy. The holes help the air pass through. You can add extra weight to the bottom to be safer, glue washers ot nuts.
-
A:
Mine never have - my patio isn't particularly windy but they aren't top heavy nor super light, and have been perfectly stable for me. I love them, they look great.
-
A:
They have not as of yet blown away. I do bring them in when go to our primary home. Love them
-
A:
Mine did not withstand wind off of Lake Michigan. We get ver heavy winds though as we areon the east coast of the lake. Depends on how windy it gets where u r. They would be fine in my suburban Chicago patio.
-
A:
With high winds they will blow over. Most of all I am sure you saw the sign that these contain chemicals the induce Cancer. I sent my back. They are pretty but Cancer?
-
A:
They are very sturdy and well made. They have withstood all types of weather. They are perfect for outdoors.
-
A:
I have mine indoors and I don't believe they would hold up well outdoors. They are not top heavy but they are very very light weight. I do believe that winds would blow them over unless you had something on them to weigh them down and then they might topple. I think you could put something heavy and cylindrical inside of them and it would keep them in place. Or you could put brackets on the bottom pieces to keep them in place. Mine move in the house if my chair pushes up again them slightly.
-
A:
I too have had them on patio for quite awhile. They have never blown over.
-
A:
We have ours outdoors and relatively unprotected without any problems with wind gusts up to 25mph.
-
A:
They are on the light weight side. I've had mine outside on my patio with large potted over hanging flowers. The only time they blow over is in very high winds, which is expected. I don't think you will be disappointed with this purchase.
-
A:
My tables have never blown over in several months on an uneven flagstone patio. However, the tables are not exposed to heavy wind. They are attractive (orange), lightweight and not top heavy.
-
A:
I've had them for 3 months and they are great. Very sturdy and made well.
-
A:
They are on my screened porch and are fine. If you put something substantial on top of them you shouldn't have a problem
-
A:
They're on my covered patio and I've got potted plants on each one. They aren't super heavy when not loaded, but can't imagine they'd blow around, unless winds are very heavy. I'm using my outside even tho' they recommend NOT placing outside. They look great and have added much charm to my previously boring sitting area.

Q:
"It looks as though the green tables are a different design. Can you please verify that they would be the fleur-de-lis pattern shown on the yellow and orange?"
-
A:
I ordered them for my sister's patio. They are the circles, as pictured.
-
A:
Yes. I ordered them in yellow and green. Yellow has flowery design and green has circles just like in the pictures.
-
A:
The green and orange tables are the same and the yellow is different.
-
A:
They have circles as shown in the picture, not the fleur de lis. Nonetheless, they are very pretty.
-
A:
The yellow tables do have the fleu de lis pattern the green and orange have circles, they are very nice and well made
-
A:
The green tables ARE a dfferent design from the yellow tables. We got the green tables and they are NOT the fleur-de-lis pattern shown on the yellow and orange. We got the pattern that is shown on the GREEN tables. You can't make it something that it isn't.
-
A:
Yes, mine are the circles as pictured!
-
A:
They are circles on the green tables. Not a fleur-de-lis design. Very light weight.
-
A:
they are so beautiful. They are the same design. You will be delighted with them... I am... it was the perfect touch to the patio furniture...
-
-
Q:
"How high is each table?"
-
A:
Dimensions: Large table: 22 inches high x 12.50 inches wide x 14.25 inches deep Small table: 18.25 inches high x 10.50 inches wide x 12.00 inches deep
-
A:
One is approx 24" high the smaller one is 20" inches high.
-
-
Q:
"What is the weight of each table?"
-
A:
The larger table is approximately 8 lbs and the smaller one is approximately 6 lbs. They're solid with a wider base if you're concerned with them falling over but light enough for them to be moved around easily.
-
A:
Very lightweight
-
A:
larger table is about 8 lbs and smaller one is 6 lbs
-
-
Q:
"Is the green color option more of an aqua color??"
-
A:
I'd say the color is pretty close to the picture. It is more green that aqua. Like a sea green. Hope this helps- they are nice tables.
-
A:
I agree. Close to the picture. Light green. Not aqua.
-
A:
More of a light sage. No hints of blue needed for aqua.
-
A:
It is definitely not aqua. It is the color in the picture.
-
A:
Sea Foam would be a great name for this color and the picture is truly very close to the actual color on the tables. Just love them. They are not strong enough for a big heavy flower pot, but they are perfect for smaller pots and for a nice cup of coffee on a perfect summer morning. They are lovely. Enjoy!
-
A:
They are not a blue green. More mossy green or patina green.
-
A:
It is a Sea Green to me
-
A:
light green. not iron as advertised. , not heavy. pretty. but can not be left outside in direct sun or rain. I bought them to use outside but when I read the warnings I am keeping them inside.
-
A:
Minty green, as depicted. Not aqua.
-
A:
It's a beautiful sea foam green.
-
A:
I agree.... not aqua. It is true to the picture.
-
A:
Yep, I agree with Vicki. Sea green is a very good description of the actual color.
-
A:
its just like the picture ! pretty green not olive ! no aqua ! I may antique them !
-
A:
not that blue. remember the crayon SEA GREEN? that is as close as I can explain
-
A:
Can these be repainted? These colors don't work for our color scheme.
