Ok, this looks much more expensive than it is. It's beautiful! It's also solid- no wiggle at all. The back of the headboard is that black, mesh-type material so it needs to go against the wall. I would've given it 5 stars but one of the connectors where the headboard screws into the "wings" was missing so the screw had nothing to screw in to. It's still solid despite the flaw though. I put it together, on my own, in about half an hour. You will need a 5" box spring or there will be a gap between the mattress and headboard. Well worth the price. Quick delivery, too!

This bed does seem sturdy however we order "light gray". It looks more like a light sage green. We do have gray walls so I'm not sure if that effects it or not but we have other gray furniture and it looks fine. There are wood planks that go in the bed and they come with screw in legs attached so your bed has more stability. It took 2 of us about 15-20 minutes to put together this bed.

Love this bed for my master! Had an upholstered bed from Pottery Barn for years but didn’t want to spend a ton this time around. Bed looks great and is sturdy. The only area that is a bit of an eye sore is the bed frame portion encasing the box spring. It’s not one long piece but two so you can see a slight gap where the two pieces connect. Not that big of a deal to me though!
