In the picture it looks like a light grey, but I keep reading about this blue hue and that makes me hesitate, because I was intending it for the living room and powder blue won't do. Wonderful quality rug! Very rich and textured. The color is not silver as it looks in the picture, more of a lavender. But, it still goes great where it is placed!

Almost perfect....
I received the rug today and unpacked it as soon as it arrived. The pattern of the rug is dramatic enough to be a focal point in space but yet understated enough that it can serve as a nice backdrop. The colors are true to the picture....more of a cooler grey and ivory. One thing that should be noted is that there is variation in the pile of the rug. The grey stripes in the rug are a "looped" pile; whereas the cream part of the rug is more of a dense cut pile. The grey and white stripes are not the same height and same pile height. I personally would've preferred the pile heights to be both a dense cut pile so that it feels more luxurious under your feet. However, the variation in the pile height does add visual interest....otherwise, its almost perfect. Overall, great value for a beautiful and quality-made rug.

This rug makes a great addition to our living room over the hard woods. The two different pile heights add a great texture underfoot. Only con is if you have cats.. They also love the different pile height and threads come out pretty easily. Not a major problem because I love this rug so much.

Love the look!
Love the look that this carpet brings to my home, the shedding however not my thing. Although it just forces me to clean more frequently. Just be mindful of the wool factor, great for allergies but sheds more than a dog.

This rug is really nice quality but the grey has a bit of a blue undertone. It did not match the rest of my interior so I have this outside on my patio & it still looks good.

I'm my home this rug appears to be more of a pale blue than grey, especially compared to other true grey items. Though I have noticed the appearance of the color can change depending on the lighting, it appears to look a little more grey at night in artificial light, and a lot more blue during the day in natural light. Personally, based off my experience I would have to classify it as a pale/dusty blue.
