I recently purchased the Safavieh Handmade Flatweave Dhurrires Renae Modern Wool Rug in Ivory/Blue for my small home office. I was initially drawn to the classic pattern but fell in love with the design once I realized that it was a wool flatweave that would look perfect under my new midnight ink desk. The blue is definitely more gray than I expected, however it is still blue when looking at it. The Quality is visible and it laid down flat as soon as I unrolled it. It did have a slight smell when I initially took it out of the packaging but it quickly dissipated once I opened it up. I would recommend this rug to anyone looking for a casual, classic vibe.

It's a good quality but a thin rug, so be sure to get a rug pad with it to keep in place and add cushiness.

I received this rug at almost two months ago and finally took it out of the wrapping. It does lay out pretty flat - one end i do have chairs holding down the corners. The rug is a true navy with off white (cream // ivory). The print is large. The rug is very soft (I am surprised it is wool) - I am not sure what else to say except that I love it and am happy with my purchase. Hubby likes it too and he is not a big fan of blue.

We needed a 7x7 rug for under our kitchen table and this was perfect! It is a great value for the money and it pattern is very nice. While it is grey, it has more of a blue grey undertone (which could just be because we have a lot of blue in our house). You will not be disappointed with this rug!

This rug is true to size and closely matches the colors shown in the online photo. It looks good in my bedroom BUT the rug is NOT 100% wool as the description says. It is actually a blend of wool and other natural fibers. As a result, the rug is not terribly soft. I'm hoping it will at least be durable. I would have returned the rug, but I didn't mind the look and I wasn't too eager to deal with the hassle of sending it back.

I actually reviewed this rug in another size too because I BOUGHT 2 of them! That’s how much I love this rug! The pattern and colors are great for a classic but still up to date look. We have it in our foyer, and have had no issues. The only recommendation I would make is to make sure you get a rug pad to help stabilize it. Besides that, it’s definitely a 5 star. I wish I had a bigger foyer to put a really large one! We have 3 dogs running over it daily and it vacuums right up.

You can not beat Safavief Brand rugs for quality and beauty. I’ve purchased many of their rugs for myself and my design clients!! This rug was no exception. It arrived in perfect shape, was as pictured and brought/anchored the room together beautifully! Definitely would recommend any of Safavieh rugs!! (Especially the shag rugs, they are also amazing!!)

The navy and white is exactly like the photo. It lays flat with a tiny bit of hand rolling the edges under. It looks great. My complaint is that it is a bit scratchy on bare feet - not awful though. I recommend this rug unless you were thinking this is as soft as all wool or that the "silk" they advertise is made from worms. This "silk" is banana silk - a BIG difference to keep in mind.

Cool rug with a bold print! Lovely color tone gray that would accent many different styles well. The over thickness is not as thick as I would love but for the price you can’t beat it. I put this rug in my sons room and it goes well. The rug has held up well with kids. I would recommend and am happy with my purchase!

This rug description said it was 100% wool but it was only 40% wool and the rest is banana fiber which is poor quality and absorbs stains, etc. It has none of the qualities of wool. I ezxpected color variation, but this color was way off.

This rug looks nice but is thinner than I expected for a wool rug. The color is spot on with the photos, and the pattern is repeated nicely.

Beautiful, impactful rug! The color is a deep navy, it is not a very bright navy. I ordered this in 8x10 and it served as an anchor for my room. I would recommend a non-slip pad as the rug does move on my wood floor.

Very nice! Fits well in my home. Given the woven pattern it does not lay down as well as I expected. I hope it holds up. I have other dhurrie rugs that have been around for 20+ years. I doubt this one will make it that long.

The rug looks nice, but it bleeds terribly! I spilled water on it and now there is blue dye smeared into the white areas. I contacted Safavieh to ask how to clean the rug, and they responded with "Please be advised that our rugs are color fasted and the bleeding will occur."

This rug is a beautiful, soft blue wool rug. Others commented on the fact that it is rough. The fact that it is wool does make it a bit rough naturally, but I find it warm and cozy with a sturdy texture.

We used this for a little bathroom update! It was perfect. But not soft enough for most indoor uses!

Exactly the size and color we were looking for. This is not a thick rug, so we bought rug pad for underneath to give a little more cushion. Fast shipping.

Safavieh is a well known brand this rug is great quality. Holds up against humans and pets and is super easy to spot clean and care for. Don’t see any signs of fraying at the edges or corners and I look forward to enjoying this for years to come.
