I was skeptical about buying a run on line without seeing it, especially since it's so much money. I bought it but was mortified that the delivery service left it at the BOTTOM of my stairs. It's like 100 pounds so I wasn't able to get it upstairs. There was no mention of this when I purchased it so I was VERY disappointed at that. I ended up buying the same rug elsewhere, who did deliver it appropriately and am very happy with the rug itself. Be sure to order all the sizes you need at the same time so you get the same lot, as the colors can vary. The design detail is raised a little bit and is softer- a different material than the main rug. My roomba fills up every day with it, so it must be coming apart. I've had the rug for 8 months now and it looks great, so whatever is going on with the shedding with the vacuum is not evident on the rugs. I would buy these again.

Great rug, but product info is incorrect
I love this rug. The color and style are great. It is a very bold yellowish-gold. It's nice and thick, but not super soft. Unfortunately I had to return it. The description says that the rug is hand tufted. I even called customer service and did an online chat to verify that it was hand tufted before I bought it. When it arrived I noticed that the white part of the rug is hand tufted, but the yellow/gold is looped. I have two large dogs and within a week or so some if the loops were getting pulled loose. I was sad to return it because it really made my family room look great.

Perfect small rug
My daughter has a small room. This rug goes perfectly by her bed. The "high-low" description doesn't really tell you much, but what it means is this" the low pile is a closed loop, like a berber, for the purple area of the rug. The cream-colored high pile is, as is sounds, higher than the purple berber pile, and is a cut plush shag. It's very nice all around, and the price was reasonable for a wool rug.

Beauriful Rug
This is my first purchase from Overstock.com and I have to say I am impressed! The rug arrived quicker than I expected and is a beautiful addition to our hearth room. We just bought a new home and my husband and I will definitely be making more purchases from Overstock.com!

Great Rug
This rug is just what I was looking for Update: This rug is very dust after vacuuming the rug almost every other day. We recently discovered the rug is infested with carpet beetle larvae that started to evolve into beetles which means there where eggs in the rug. I contacted Overstock hesitant to order a new rug, after reading another review I asked for a refund. I was told I would receive a refund both for the rug and the extermination services. After overstock arrange for the pickup of the rug; the rug was returned and overstock never refunded me for the purchase or the exterminator. FYI- They warehouse refused the return of the rug and is now sending back to me to dispose. –After I informed them the exterminator advice was to dispose of the rug. Update: After, a number of phone calls I am now receiving a refund for the rug alone, and Overstock is not honoring the return for the exterminator-though I was told I would be by the representative BRJohnson BRJohnson@Overstock.com. I will say this is not the only rug I purchased and I am happy with my other run that seems to be OK. I am not happy with customer service not refunding me for the cost I incurred due to the handling of this rug and overstock is unwilling to take ownership.- I was a happy overstock customer till today. This is the email I received for Overstock after they already agreed to pay for the exterminator. These products are packaged and shipped according to reasonable commercial practices so as to avoid contamination or infestation. ___________________________________________ Email receive from Overstock after agreeing to refund for this know issue- the run was sealed on delivery but it’s not there warehouse. We occasionally receive claims that a new product shipment caused a bug infestation problem in a customer residence. We are not perfect; however, have not verified a single instance wherein a bedbug infestation was caused by, or likely caused by, a new product we shipped. Rather, most of these claims typically occur only after the product has been in a residence and used for a period of weeks or even months before the problem is reported. The initial contamination in a residence in almost every instance is caused by a human carrier who has made contact with another infested home, hotel, or residence and not from manufacturing facilities. Also, placement of any contaminated, used article of home furnishing or home furnishing accessory, or used bedding or clothing may cause unintentional infestation. We have examined your claim. While we are sorry for the trouble the issue has caused, we are convinced that the contamination was not caused by the new product we sent, but has been caused by another source. Because we believe our product was not the cause of the issue, we cannot comply with your further request that we pay for the cost of the item or exterminator remediation. This rug contains a latex glue used for our cotton canvas backing. The photos on site are in regards to the smaller sized rugs as our photography team cannot photograph a 12 x 18' rug. This looks to have a bluish tint to the silver.
