Beautiful rug! (actual color explained below)
After reading other reviews on the color issue, I decided to go ahead with it anyway since the room it was for is neutral and I love the bold pattern. I have a Ben. Moore paint chip fan deck that I put against the rug and the color best matches "sea pine AC-17" which -like others have said- is a greyish-blue. Like any good "mysterious color" it changes throughout the day and with sunlight or lamplight... but I still like it!

EXACTLY what I expected!
Having previously purchased a Safavieh Soho area rug (different pattern) I knew the quality of this plush, tightly woven wool area rug would not disappoint me. I was also happy to read the reviews regarding the color was more blue than gray as I was concerned that gray may not work well with my blue Soho rug. Again, not disappointed--this is an excellent buy especially at the Overstock price! Buy it, you will love it too!!

Beautiful and versatile area rug
This rug would compliment any cool grey tones. If paired with warm greys, it would further enhance the pale blue color. Pattern can go with contemporary or traditional design from a dining room to foyer to baby's room. I have moved it to several different rooms already and it has looked great in all of them. The quality of the rug is great and what a great price too! Being wool I noticed quite a bit of pilling (shedding) but has since tapered off. As far as staining, my son spilled orange juice on it and after cleaning it with a damp sponge I can't even tell where he spilled it anymore. Even though the description states grey/cream color, I would STILL buy it! I love this rug!

Great rug but color not as described.
I had high hopes for this rug. Unfortunately, the color was off enough that it contrasted heavily with our sofa. The color leans more blue grey than a true grey; which is what we were looking for. The returns process was simple enough but the expense to return it was quite high, roughly $**. I think overstock should do a better job explaining to the customer that although shipping is only $2.95 on such a large item, returns are not the same price. I've been quite pleased with my previous purchases just extremely frustrated with the expense of this return.

It's not grey
I hate to give this rug a fair - it's a nice rug and the quality is just fine but IT'S NOT GREY. Very important to know if you think you're getting a grey rug. I read the reviews and thought that maybe it would blend but the tag on the back says *blue ivory* not grey. It's mislabeled and maybe the first rugs they had were grey/ivory but I got one, sent it back and the replacement said- you guessed it - blue ivory. If you want a pale blue rug with ivory designs this is your rug. If you want grey, not so much.

This rug was great for our entry. It's more of a blue that gray for sure. Very thick and looks more expensive than it was. It sheds like crazy into the vacuum, but no damage occurs to the rug.
