Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse and Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: Once the seller approves the returns request, they will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization. The Seller will issue a partial refund up to 100% for used or non-restockable items.

The powder-coated steel frames and the aluminum feet make the table and chairs strong and sturdy, and thanks to their light-weight constructions, all items are easy to move. Thanks to the weather resistant and water proof PE rattan, the dining set is easy to clean. The armrests and table top are made of acacia wood, a tropical hard wood, which is also weather proof. The thick, soft seat cushions with foam filling are highly comfortable and made of water-repellent polyester. The removable and washable covers are equipped with zippers. Delivery includes 1 table with acacia top, 4 rattan chairs and 4 removable seat cushions. Note: 1) We recommend covering the set during rain, snow and frost.Note: 2) This item will be shipped flat packed. Assembly is required; all tools, hardware and instructions are included.

The photos are misleading. While it does say 5 piece, the photos lead you to believe it’s more. Also, the table top arrived with a large crack in the corner. I contacted the seller and hope a discount or replacement can be offered.
