Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse and Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: Once the seller approves the returns request, they will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization. The Seller will issue a partial refund up to 100% for used or non-restockable items.
I love the concept of this outdoor canopy day bed, but took off a star because the box was damaged in shipping and I had to replace two parts. I will say Overstock customer service was stellar and the external company was very quick to respond which was nice. Definitely not a quick assembly, bought a hex key bit for my screwdriver to save my hands some strain.

It’s a pretty unit, but I have 4 issues with it: 1. It’s difficult to assemble, a foot was missing and no way to get another so we wound up in. We managed to get similar and all assembled finally. 2. The shade is not removable for storage. So you need a good cover for it. It also does not stay in the down position. 3. It’s been assembled a week now and even covered the poor quality metal is rusted throughout so I will need to disassemble the shade, sand it and clear coat all the metal with Rustoleum or it will be fit for the trash in another week. I no longer have the boxes and it would be equally long to disassemble the entire unit so not worth returning after vesting this much time already. 4. The way it shows together or apart, no. It’s one or the other. The units brace together on the underside, so to separate them you would literally have to turn it upside down and try to remove the clamps. It’s not something you could just use either way as shown, at least not easily. Those negatives said, the unit looks nice and is roomy, but had I known all this prior I would never have purchased it.

Overall I was very disappointed. Still waiting on the replacement canopy. Would not recommend unless you want a smaller daybed with CREAM cushions.

I love the look, but it doesn't fit correctly it was very difficult to put one of the pieces together. Cute style though. We added pillows.

It did not list one, but I would say 2 people up to 200 lbs each. I doubt more than that and wouldn’t want to say it can. It’s sturdy, but it is still woven plastic so you just never know.
