This is a sturdy box with nice playing pieces - heavy dominos and metal trains - the others I looked at were plastic. We played this for Christmas with the extended family and everybody had a lot of fun!

Fun for Everyone!
This game is so much fun. We were introduced to it 2 years ago and still have lots of fun at family parties with it. Inviting friends over for a few and playing is lots of fun. The game is good fun for all ages over 10. We think the more people playing the more fun it is. It is a simple game that has you matching numbers on your dominoes to finish with the least points possible. Don't be fooled by the simpleness of this game...there is a lot of strategy involved. A minute to learn a lifetime to master!!!

This is a fun game that I enjoy playing with my family and friends. It comes with a sturdy storage box made of wood. The Train Station is also made of wood. The train tokens are cast metal, which I like much better that the plastic ones in other sets. It also comes with a printed score pad, which make it easy to keep score as the game progresses. The game comes with complete instructions and a list of game play rules. And, of course, it comes with a set of Double Twelve Dominoes.

Gather the Family!
I bought two sets of these...one for my sister who is a Mexican Train freak and another for our family...as we convert all domino players to Mexican train! The set is great, and it provides lots of fun comments on the little train pieces... This is such a fun game for the family to play...lots of laughs and it's also a great icebreaker game for parties...it's not terribly complicated, so you can socialize and not worry about the competition!

I would recommend these dominoes to anyone that is looking for regular games of mexican train. The box they come in is easy to transport and very attractive. The pieces are a great size, weight and feel. I expect them to last for many years of playing.

This is a fun game in a nice display box. Box doesn't have to be hidden in a drawer, rather I can leave it on display and the game is fun to play for all ages. No problems.

This is a great game, especially fun for family nights or to play with friends. This set comes in a really nice box for easy storage. Directions could be a little more detailed but are certainly adequate to get started.

The dominoes are great quality and it’s a beautiful set. However, they do not fit in all the wooden slots. This was very disappointing. This also makes it difficult to play.
